Overview
I prefer chicken. The first time I tried Three Cup Chicken was at Yonghe King. It was terrible. I have never tasted the authentic one until now. The three-cup chicken I made was made by adding and subtracting various seasonings from what I read online. You can give it a try. It's really delicious.
