First put the liquid water and eggs, add oil (if you use butter, use the post-oiling method, add butter when you mix the noodles for the first time)

Add flour, milk powder, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 and a half tablespoons of yeast, and yeast cannot be put together with salt. It is best to bury the yeast in the flour

Start the bread machine and knead the dough

After basically fermenting for 1 hour (fermented to 2.5 times the size), how to test the successful fermentation: Stick your index finger on dry flour, insert it into the dough, if it does not shrink back, then it is ready

To exhaust the air, you need to rub it vigorously at this stage

Divide into 4 equal portions, roll into balls, and ferment for 15 minutes

Roll out the dough

Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet, then put it in the oven. Put a basin of steaming hot water in the oven. Close the oven door for final fermentation, about 40 minutes to 1 hour, until the dough doubles in size

Ingredients for custard sauce: 2 egg yolks, 50 grams of white sugar, 25 grams of low-gluten flour, 250 grams of milk. Preparation method: stir two egg yolks

Add low-gluten flour gradually and mix well

Add milk gradually and stir

Then sift into a small pot.

Simmer over low heat, be sure to stir frequently, and simmer until thick and still a little fluid.

Put the custard sauce into a piping bag and prepare the egg yolk liquid

On top of the fermented dough, first brush a layer of egg yolk liquid, then squeeze on the custard sauce

Preheat the oven in advance, set the upper and lower heat to 180 degrees, and bake it in 20 minutes.

Whip 150 grams of animal fresh cream and 15 grams of powdered sugar. Used as filling and decoration
