Wash the big pomfret and cut two slits on the front and back with a knife! Slice ginger!

Seasonings used!

Heat the wok, add a little oil and add the ginger slices! Slightly foam the ginger slices and add to the fish~

Add all the seasonings to the pot and turn on medium-low heat~

Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, then turn to the lowest heat and continue to simmer for 10 minutes~

Plate ~ sprinkle with chopped green onion ~ ~
