Bean and Mushroom Noodles
Overview
The diners in my family love to eat noodles, and they like all kinds of noodles. Beans and shiitake mushrooms are grilled and used to mix noodles, which is also very delicious.

Wash and cut the beans into shreds

Wash the mushrooms and cut into strips

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the green onions and ginger until fragrant, then stir-fry the green beans
