Green Mango Sour
Overview
Summer is here, and the mango season is almost here. I suddenly wanted to eat sour green mangoes, so I decisively went to the market to buy a raw mango, and started working on it when I got home. When used as snacks, they are fragrant and refreshing, perfect for relieving the heat in summer~

After washing the mango, rub the skin with salt, wash it, drain the water or dry it with kitchen paper.

Cut the mango up and down along the core.

Dice the mango, add some salt, mix evenly and let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Pour out the salt water, soak it in cold boiled water for a few minutes, then drain the water and drain it.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 4 tablespoons of vinegar, mix well.

If you like spicy food, you can add some dried chili powder, if you don't like spicy food, you don't need to add it. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
