Remove the skin from the cucumber and wash it.

Cut the cucumber into shreds.

Cut the carrots into shreds as well.

Add salt, mix well and marinate for a while.

Cut the beef into slices and add salt and ginger to taste.

Boil water, add beef slices and blanch.

Just boil the water again.
