Overview
This recipe originated from what I saw in [12 Flavors]. Now that I have restored it, it tastes good! I feel very accomplished. Although I am not a professional, cooking is still quite interesting. This dish takes a long time (5 hours), so be patient when making it!

Wash the whole chicken, loosen the bones and hang it for 2 hours

Massage the chicken to make it softer, then add chicken essence and cooking wine and spread evenly

Marinate for 2 hours and set aside

There is no need to turn on the pot and add garlic, garlic, ginger slices, and rock sugar

Then pour in 200ml of Haitian umami soy sauce. No need to add water because the soy sauce I bought is not salty

Then put the whole chicken into the soup and cook over high heat for an hour

Put tinfoil into a clean pot and turn the tinfoil into a shower cap (so that the smell of the ingredients is concentrated), then add rice, roses, black tea and brown sugar, and finally add a little water
