Date paste bread
Overview
Originally I wanted to make tomato bread according to the recipe, but the date paste had to be dried. This jujube paste is not that jujube paste. It is a reused product and we will not inform you of its origin. Date paste is relatively dry, with basically no visible moisture. The dough relies entirely on it to provide moisture, so it is expected to be relatively dry. After a few quick turns in my mind, I decided to add some milk. Anyway, I don't need to use my hands, and the dryness and wateriness are all in one pot. Later, I happened to pass by it when it was entering the second round of mixing. I looked at the dough and found that the dough seemed to be dry and wet. ——Hit another dead rat. Partially replace the amount of butter with cream. This cream also has a different origin. I don’t want to just drink it, so just use it as butter. The final result was a bit surprising, the color is quite dark which is understandable, but. . . . It actually exploded in the head? !
