Prepare the required materials

After the butter is softened, add salt and sugar, mix with a whisk, and beat into coarse particles (as shown in the picture)

Add the egg liquid in three batches, beating well with a whisk each time before adding the next time

Add lemon juice to the whipped butter paste and mix well

Add food coloring to skim milk and mix well

Add cocoa powder and baking soda to the flour and mix well

Add the evenly mixed flour into the butter paste and stir evenly

To the evenly stirred butter paste, add the prepared coloring milk in three batches and stir until it looks like this

Put the evenly mixed cake batter into a piping bag and pipe it evenly into the cake mold. Place in a preheated 175° oven and bake the upper and lower layers for 25 minutes

After the baked cake is cooled, top with whipped cream and serve
