Prepare the ingredients, wash the black tofu and crab-flavored mushrooms;

Cut the pork belly into thin and even slices, cut the black tofu into cubes, cut the onion into small pieces, and cut the green onion into sections and set aside;

Put a little oil in a hot pan, add pork belly and fry over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown and oil comes out;

Then add ginger slices and onion wedges and saute until fragrant, add crab-flavored mushrooms and stir-fry;

Stir-fry until the crab mushrooms are roughly cooked;

Add kimchi and stir-fry;

Stir-fry until uniform, add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, then add appropriate amount of hot water and bring to a boil;

Then add the black tofu, cover the pot and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste according to personal taste, and then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
