Overview
Egg rolls are one of my family’s must-have dishes during the Spring Festival. Now that I am a Northeastern daughter-in-law, this egg roll has also been included in the New Year’s Eve dinner menu of Northeastern families, because my mother-in-law also fell in love with it, haha

Prepare ingredients, mince onion and ginger

Mix all ingredients except eggs and beat vigorously

This is a vigorously whipped meat filling

Crack two eggs into a bowl and beat

Put a little oil in the pan and add the egg liquid

Turn on low heat and sear the egg skin on both sides

After the egg skin has cooled slightly, spread the meat filling on the egg skin

Use the steam function in the oven at 110 degrees for about 30 minutes

Cut the steamed egg rolls and eat immediately. You can make a few more at a time, cool them and put them in the refrigerator. Thaw slightly before eating and then reheat.
