Overview

Egg rolls are one of my family’s must-have dishes during the Spring Festival. Now that I am a Northeastern daughter-in-law, this egg roll has also been included in the New Year’s Eve dinner menu of Northeastern families, because my mother-in-law also fell in love with it, haha

  1. Prepare ingredients, mince onion and ginger

  11. Use the steam function in the oven at 110 degrees for about 30 minutes

  12. Cut the steamed egg rolls and eat immediately. You can make a few more at a time, cool them and put them in the refrigerator. Thaw slightly before eating and then reheat.
