Pan-fried beef ribs
Overview
Today I grilled mutton skewers in UKOEO's steam oven at noon, and fried beef ribs in the evening. I used the automatic menu's pan-fried pork ribs, which defaults to 210 degrees and 30 minutes. Excluding the preheating time, the baking time is 24 minutes. Because its menu is pork ribs, and today's is beef ribs, so I ended the program 10 minutes early!

Wash the denim ribs and use kitchen towel to absorb the water

Cut the onion into small pieces and put it into a large basin together with the beef ribs

Add appropriate amount of sake and black pepper paste

Stir evenly and marinate for more than half an hour

Place the onions and beef ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil

Select the fried pork ribs in the automatic menu, the default is 210 degrees for 30 minutes, and the oven is preheated

The machine is preheated and placed in the baking pan. The actual baking time is 24 minutes

After frying for 7 minutes, take out the baking pan and turn the beef over

Fry again for 7 minutes and end the program 10 minutes earlier, or you can use your mobile phone to modify the cooking time to 14 minutes in advance
