Cut beef into small pieces

Boil beef, wash and drain

Cut onions into small pieces

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. You should peel the tomatoes first. I’m lazy, so I ignored them

Cut carrots into hob pieces

Prepare onions, ginger, garlic, bay leaves and tangerine peel

Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry onions, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add onions and stir-fry

After the onions become soft, add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry

Stir-fry over low heat until tomatoes turn into paste and juice comes out

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
