Green vegetable, preserved egg and lean meat porridge
Overview
I was alone at home today and didn’t really want to cook. I saw there was still leftover rice in the refrigerator, so I decided to simply make a porridge with preserved vegetables and lean meat.

Prepare the required materials and cut the vegetables, preserved eggs, and lean meat into cubes.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add vegetables and stir-fry.

Add lean meat and stir-fry.

After the water boils, add the leftover rice and preserved eggs, and bring to a boil again (according to personal taste, if you like the rice grains a little firmer, boil them right away, if you like them softer, cook them longer). Add salt and MSG before serving.
