Remove the tendons from the green beans and cut them into sections, shred the red pepper and mince the garlic

Heat oil in a pot, add green beans and stir-fry; use medium-high heat and stir-fry constantly

Stir-fry until the skin of the green beans becomes wrinkled and slightly browned

Add minced garlic

Then add light soy sauce and oyster sauce

Add red pepper and stir-fry
