Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Overview
The sour and sweet sweet and sour pork ribs are everyone’s favorite. My family’s favorite is my traditional method, which involves deep-frying the short ribs until crispy and then seasoning them. Finally, even the bones can be chewed. Today’s sweet and sour sauce is ready-made. Although it is a sweet and sour chili sauce, there is basically no spiciness. The sweet and sour flavor is very rich. One pound of pork ribs has just the right taste with 100 ml of sauce. If you like this method, you can also try it
