Prepare all ingredients

Sauce: 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oil, 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce, half a bowl of water

Cut tofu into small pieces

Heat oil in a pan until it is 60 to 70% hot, add tofu and fry until the surface is golden brown, take it out and set aside

Leave the oil in the original pot, add ginger and green onions and stir-fry until fragrant

Add black fungus, garlic sprouts and red pepper and stir-fry

Add the fried tofu, pour in the prepared sauce, and cook until the flavor is absorbed

Finally add sugar to taste and turn to high heat to reduce the juice
