I made a flower of wealth for ACA. Speaking of it, there is a story about wealth. My good friend’s mother made special pastries for the Chinese New Year as gifts to relatives and friends when she was a child. The old man’s hometown is in Shandong. It is said that at that time, it was not common for people to give such a gift during the Chinese New Year. It was a symbol of good luck and good luck! The good news is booming! The old man is over 90 years old, but he still remembers how to make Fugui Steamed Buns. Thanks to a friend, I had the opportunity to learn how to make this recipe. It seems simple, but I steamed it several times, and finally found that steamed noodles have the best effect. The steamed buns are flavorful, chewy, and distinctive, and the rich and noble patterns are more perfect. I asked my mother-in-law, but I couldn’t find the pattern of Fugui steamed buns. This Fugui is like a simple Chinese knot, made of a noodle, consistent up and down, symmetrical left and right, in one go, connected end to end, the pattern is beautiful! It is artistic and thought-provoking, which shows that Chinese food has a long history! I added a little more creativity, made a painting, and knitted a few small flowers - the flowers of wealth bloomed, and I had the idea to print ACA on it - a personal custom gift for ACA, I chose pumpkin and purple sweet potato puree to knead the noodles, the color matching is great! When I took the picture of the finished product, the warm afternoon sun made this delicacy even more brilliant. The tradition of steaming cannot be lost. 250g pumpkin puree, add 250 flour, add 3g yeast

Knead more flour at this time to make the dough a little harder and easier to shape. Take the purple dough according to the size of the finished product you want to make, knead it into a long strip, roll it evenly, and fold it into three parts

Fold back in a circle at the bottom, pass through the bent part, continue to go up and down, and then turn back

Finally, turn it around. The finished product has three tendons horizontally and three tendons vertically. The tail is bent back and pressed against the head. Just sort it out and it's OK!
