Stir-fried Asparagus with Sweet Shrimp
Overview
Since asparagus can be bought in the vegetable market, it has been indispensable on the dining table. Today, I paired it with sweet shrimps and simply stir-fried it. It tasted very good. I have been making breakfast for nearly a year. From the initial planning and preparation to now eating whatever I want, I have become completely comfortable. I applaud myself.

Wash the asparagus, remove the roots, and cut into sections diagonally.

Pour oil into the wok, heat it up, and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant.
