Someone instructed me to make meatloaf one day, but the next day he was too tired to eat it and just asked me to make pimple soup.   1. The pork stuffing is marinated with minced ginger, pepper, light soy sauce, sesame oil and a little salt. Then beat with pepper water and add yellow sauce and mix thoroughly.

  3. Chop the green onions and set aside. Add them to the meat filling and mix well before searing. Add salt to taste, add a little vegetable oil, and mix well.

  4. Put more thin dough on the chopping board, roll the dough into a round shape, cover 3/4 of the dough with meat filling, and make a cut on the dough.

  5. Turn over the side without stuffing, cover the meat stuffing, and pinch the edges firmly.

  7. Fold it to the last side and pinch the edges tightly. Use your hands to gently press the kneaded meatloaf, not too thin.

  8. Brush a little oil on both sides of the electric pan, put the meat patties on it, cover it, turn the heat up and down, and select the "meat patty" setting. When you hear the "sizzling" sound of the meatloaf, open the lid and use a bamboo spatula to turn the meatloaf over. Continue to close the lid until you hear a beep sound and it is done.
