Peanut and multigrain rice porridge
Overview
Eat well in the morning and eat like an emperor, haha. Breakfast provides a person with calories and nutrients for the whole morning, so don’t ignore it. To make myself and my family full and nutritious, I like to give myself a bowl of porridge in the morning. It is soft and glutinous, nourishing the stomach and easy to digest.

Ingredients: red dates, red beans, peanuts, lilies (dried), oats and rice.

Open the newly bought rice and make porridge to see if it smells good.

Wash the rice, red beans, peanuts, lilies and red dates and pour them into the electric stew pot.

Finally pour in the washed oats.

Add 2 bowls of water, set the function of the electric stew pot, and set the time.

The next morning, you can have hot porridge.

When the rice is cooked, it smells like rice, and the peanuts and red beans are soft. A bowl of porridge, an egg, and a side dish are my breakfast.
