Homemade minced meat sauce as an appetizer for rice
Overview
I have been accustomed to eating all kinds of old sauces made by my grandma and mother since I was a child, and I have also learned to process the sauces to make more various delicacies. It’s better to know what you want to eat! You can also flexibly change the ingredients according to your own preferences. This minced meat sauce is specially made for my daughter to mix with noodles. I used a bottle of Shacha sauce given by a friend to make a large pot of minced meat sauce, which is enough to eat for a while. If you don’t have Shacha sauce at home, you can make it with sweet noodle sauce or soybean sauce! Please read the tips before proceeding.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients
-
Cut the pork into large dices, not too minced
-
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and starch
-
Put on disposable gloves and knead evenly, then leave it for about 10 minutes
-
Heat oil in a pan and pour in the marinated minced meat
-
Use a spatula to quickly stir-fry the minced meat into uniformly sized pieces
-
Add 200 grams of Shacha sauce, dried shrimps, and chili noodles, stir well, then add 70 grams of water and salt, and simmer over low heat. Because the sand tea sauce is a bit sweet, you can add a little salt to adjust it. If you like sweetness, you can add no salt
-
Boil until slightly thickened, add your favorite ingredients for seasoning, I added some chopped green onion
-
It is ready to be plated. The excess should be cooled, sealed in a dry and clean container, and then placed in the refrigerator
-
The cooked minced meat sauce can be used to stir-fry noodles, make soy-flavored pancakes, or mix with rice. It’s a great addition to rice!
