Clam soup
Overview
The clams we use are our local fresh river clams. The simplest way is to just put the clams in water and cook them and add salt to taste!

Soak the clams you bought back in water for a while

Wash the clam shell several times, rinse thoroughly and remove

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and add clams and ginger slices

After boiling, skim off the foam

Add some cooking wine

Just add some salt to taste

Add half a spoonful of lard, white pepper and green garlic leaves

Pour the clam soup into a bowl

So delicious!
