Braised Pork Knuckles
Overview
There is a farmer in my hometown who kills pigs, so my mother-in-law helped me buy some pig trotters. It’s native pork. I can’t wait to eat it!

Blanch the pig's feet and wash them.

Soak the mushrooms, soak the soybeans for at least 5 hours in advance, and prepare the accessories.

First stir-fry the sugar color, put oil and rock sugar in the pot, stir over low heat until the rock sugar melts and turns into a sauce color.

Quickly add the pork trotters and stir-fry evenly.

Add mushrooms and accessories and stir-fry until the aroma is rich and the pig's feet are slightly burnt.

Add soybeans, light soy sauce and salt to taste. Add appropriate amount of boiling water.

Transfer to the electric pressure cooker, I like the texture a little crispier, so press the meat button.
