Stir-fried snails (home version)
Overview
After using Gourmet World for so many years, I have learned a lot of dishes. I am grateful to so many people for teaching me many cooking methods. My neighbor gave me some snails, and I tried making them myself. I thought they were pretty good, so I would like to share them with you.

Soak the snails in water and spit out the sand.

After washing, cut off the tail of the snail.

Cut onions into sections, slice ginger, and mince garlic.

Pour oil into the pan.

When it is about 40% hot, add the ginger slices and after ten seconds add the green onions.

Add Haitian soybean paste.

Stir-fry for 30 seconds and then add the snails.

Stir fry for a few times and then add the garlic chili sauce.

Add oyster sauce.

Pour water into the pot, level with the snails, and add some chili.

Keep the fire on high until the juice is reduced.
