Cut tomatoes into large pieces.

Small crispy pork, Qianzhang, black fungus, enoki mushroom, Shanghai green.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a casserole, stir-fry ginger, onion, garlic, dried red pepper, and Sichuan pepper until fragrant.

Add tomatoes and stir-fry for a few times.
