Preparation materials: boil the pork belly for a few minutes, remove and slice it, break the beans into small pieces and wash them, mince the ginger and garlic

Heat oil in a pot, add pepper, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, add pork belly and stir-fry until oil comes out, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry, add beans and stir-fry for a few minutes

Pour in a bowl of water and boil, pour out half a bowl of soup
