Barbecued Pork Ribs
Overview
Barbecued pork is a Cantonese specialty sauce, mostly red in color and slightly sweet. It can make a variety of delicious dishes, including barbecued pork, barbecued pork buns, barbecued pork rice, barbecued pork cakes, etc. Among them, barbecued pork and barbecued pork buns are the most famous, and I have made both of them. Seeing that there was still leftover sauce and the short ribs I bought a few days ago in the refrigerator, I wanted to try making barbecued pork ribs. The method is quite simple, with a total of 3 steps: cleaning, pickling and firing. The cooked pork ribs are shiny and reddish in color, very attractive. After several hours of marinating, the pork ribs taste very delicious, with rich sauce aroma and sweet taste.
