Put flour, yeast and salt into a basin

Add water, stir evenly with chopsticks without any dry powder. No need to knead into a ball. Cover the basin with plastic wrap and let it sit for 20 minutes

Take out the dough and place it on the counter. When it is kneaded into a smooth dough, add softened butter at room temperature and continue kneading for about 10 minutes

Make the dough into a round shape, put it into a basin, cover it with plastic wrap, and carry out basic fermentation

While the dough is fermenting, prepare the ingredients. Slice ham sausage, slice carrots, cut onions into thick shreds, remove seeds from green pepper and cut into thick shreds, cut king oyster mushrooms into thin slices

Put the king oyster mushrooms into the frying pan, fry over low heat to remove excess water, then let cool and set aside. No oil is needed for this step

When the dough has doubled in size, dip your fingers in a little flour and poke holes in the middle and top of the dough. If it does not bounce back or collapse, it means the fermentation is successful

Take out the dough and place it on a mat, weigh it with an electronic scale, divide it into two equal parts, and let it rest for 5 minutes before using

Take one of the dough and roll it into the size of an 8-inch pizza pan

Transfer the crust to the pizza pan and poke holes with a fork for ventilation
