Wash and prepare the ingredients. Shred the tofu skin, break the shiitake mushrooms into pieces, chop the green onion, and cut the rapeseed into long pieces.

Add oil to the pot, heat it up, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Add tofu skin and stir-fry, add a little bit of water to prevent sticking to the pan, stir-fry until cooked.

Add the rapeseed and continue to stir-fry until cooked.

Add a spoonful of bean paste, stir evenly, and remove from the pan.

Plate and eat.
