  1. Wash and prepare the ingredients. Shred the tofu skin, break the shiitake mushrooms into pieces, chop the green onion, and cut the rapeseed into long pieces.

  2. Add oil to the pot, heat it up, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

  4. Add tofu skin and stir-fry, add a little bit of water to prevent sticking to the pan, stir-fry until cooked.
