Milky soda biscuits
Overview
This milky biscuit first uses the butter in the cheese, which has a more milky flavor. Although the sugar used is very small, the role of sugar is to provide nutrients to the yeast and help the yeast ferment, so although it is small, it is still quite important. What I’m making today are soda biscuits, which are fermented biscuits that utilize digestion and are suitable for the elderly. I also made this to feed my mother-in-law, who has to eat snacks between meals every day. As people get older and have poor stomachs, snacks must be chosen carefully. This soda biscuit uses milk to make the dough, and also adds butter and milk powder. It has a strong milk flavor. The soda biscuits are fermented biscuits, which are more nourishing to the stomach and suitable for the elderly. Just take two slices with a little yogurt as a snack.

It can also be cut into rectangular shapes. I baked just enough for 2 trays.
