Scallop meat, scallop shell.

Soak the vermicelli in Lishui for later use.

Cut the vermicelli into pieces and put them into shells. Don't put it too full, there is still material behind.

Saute garlic until fragrant and add to scallop shells.

Put the scallop meat on top. Because I bought a lot, I put a few scallops on top.
