Wealth blooms--Taiwanese sausage
Overview
This dish is made with Hormel Taiwanese sausage. I cut the sausage in two and made a flower knife. After frying, the flower knife spread out and looked like a flower. I also used red, white, and green vegetables to match it. The meat and vegetables were matched, and the color also responded. It happened to be between two festivals, so I named this dish Fugui Hua Kai, which means that life will get better and better.

The required Taiwanese sausages are processed and placed on a plate for later use

Put oil in a non-stick frying pan, slightly more than cooking oil, pour in the sliced sausages, fry them over medium heat until they look like flowers, take them out and set aside

Leave a little oil in the pot, add the blanched vegetables and stir-fry for a minute

Add a little salt, season, stir-fry evenly, take out of the pan, and place on a plate

Prepare the water starch. You need less starch and more water. Just a thin layer of gravy. I use wild arrowroot powder, which can clear away heat
-
Put it into the pot, bring to a boil over low heat, turn off the heat, use a spoon to pour some gravy over the sausages and vegetables on the plate
