Tomato Sauce Vegetable Rolls
Overview
Although the nutritional value of baby cabbage is similar to that of Chinese cabbage, it tastes sweeter and more tender. The stuffing is wrapped in baby cabbage and steamed, and a layer of tomato juice is poured on the outside. It is sweet and sour, with a combination of meat and vegetables, and is nutritious and delicious.

-
Cut the baby cabbage in half, leaving the leaves
-
Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in advance, squeeze out the water and cut them into fine cubes. Cut the carrots, onions and ginger into fine cubes
-
Put the cut ingredients into the meat filling, add cooking wine, salt, oyster sauce and sesame oil and mix well
-
Blanch the vegetable leaves and chive leaves in boiling water until soft, take them out and filter out the water
-
Take a piece of vegetable leaf and put the filling
-
Wrap it up and tie it with green onion leaves
-
Once everything is done, put it into a steamer and steam it for 15 minutes
-
Put some oil in the pot and stir-fry the remaining fillings (if the fillings are completely wrapped, just use tomato sauce to make the sauce)
-
Pour in the extra vegetable juice in the basin when steaming the vegetable rolls, add salt, sugar, and tomato paste
-
Then pour in water starch to thicken. Just pour the soup over the steamed vegetables.
