raw materials. I bought a whole chicken and couldn't use it all. I only used one chicken wing, one chicken leg, two chicken feet and 3 or 4 pieces of chicken.

Clean the chicken, clean the other ingredients, and slice the ginger.

Boil hot water in a pot and blanch the chicken.

Put the jujube, American ginseng, ginger slices and chicken into the electric stew pot.

Add hot water and cooking wine, turn on the power and simmer for about 2.5 hours.

Then add wolfberry and salt to taste, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Skim off the oil when drinking. I forgot to skim when taking pictures.
