Enoki Mushroom Bacon Roll
Overview
The preparation is very simple, and the taste will not let you down~~~ It can be used as breakfast or as a main meal. If you don’t like bacon, replace the bacon with tenderloin strips, or use tofu skin.

Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms and wash them. Cut the bacon into two halves.

Take an appropriate amount of enoki mushrooms and wrap them in bacon.

Insert a toothpick from the middle to secure.

Heat the pan, no oil required, add bacon rolls and fry over medium heat. ps. Since bacon will produce oil when fried, there is no need to add oil at the beginning. If it is tenderloin or tofu skin, pour a little oil at first.

Fry one side until golden brown, then flip and fry the other side. Once both sides are golden brown, it’s ok! If it tastes light, it can be served immediately. Sprinkle black pepper and white sesame seeds and serve.

What makes it more flavorful is: after frying both sides until brown, add 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oil, half a spoon of sugar, and 2 spoons of water. Pour the sauce into the pot and cook for another 1-2 minutes before serving.
