Take a handful of Chinese toon, wash and cut it.

Slice an appropriate amount of pork (the pork is frozen before cutting, so it doesn’t hurt to cut with a knife or your hands).

Heat the pot and stir-fry the garlic cloves and shredded ginger until fragrant. Remove the garlic cloves and shredded ginger, then add the pork and stir-fry.

Fry the pork until it changes color.

After the meat changes color, add the Chinese toon directly and stir-fry.

Add the flavor to enhance the color, stir-fry until the Chinese toon is cooked and serve (I can’t eat too much soy sauce because of the wound, so I put a little less).
