I saw beautiful purple potatoes and sweet potatoes at the vegetable market, so I bought some and cooked them at home. Maybe they were not sweet enough due to the season. I also thought that maybe it would be good to bake it, but an idea suddenly occurred to me: why not wrap it in bread! The common purple potato bread is made with mashed potatoes rolled into the bread. The potato flavor is not strong enough and the taste is lacking. With this thought in mind, we started to take action! I use honey dough as the base, fill it with sweet potato and purple potato with raisins and dried cranberries, and make it into a stick shape. I was still a little nervous at first, but as soon as the bread came out of the oven, I hurriedly cut into one and tasted it. I didn't expect it to be very delicious. After the potatoes are roasted, the aroma becomes more intense, and paired with the sweetness of raisins and dried cranberries, it is very delicious! The bread is also delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!
