The eggplant I bought was too long, so I cut it into 2 pieces

Cut the eggplant in half from the middle

Chop the garlic into minced pieces

Mix 1 spoon of light soy sauce + 1 spoon of oyster sauce + half a spoon of water + 1 spoon of sesame oil + appropriate amount of salt to make a brushing material and set aside

Use a knife to score the eggplant flesh a few times, either vertically or with a pattern knife. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

Brush with a layer of prepared sauce

Put in the oven, upper layer, 200 degrees, bake for 20 minutes

When roasting for 10 minutes, take out the eggplant, brush with another layer of sauce, and sprinkle with minced garlic

Continue to bake for 15 minutes, take it out, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and bake for another 5 minutes
