Fry until golden brown on both sides
-
Dish out the fried fish and set aside
-
Leave oil at the bottom of the pot (no need to add additional oil so it doesn't taste greasy). Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add 1 tablespoon of homemade chili sauce
-
After stir-frying the red oil, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce (you can just add soy sauce if you don’t have chili sauce)
-
Stir out the red oil, add water, add salt, chicken essence, and sugar
-
Add the fried crucian carp and turn over medium-low heat for 5 minutes
-
Turn over and lower the heat to low for 10 minutes
-
Take out the crucian carp and leave the soup in the pot to thicken it evenly
-
After thickening, pour the soup evenly over the fish, blanch the broccoli and put it on top, garnish with a little coriander
