Stir-fried lily with celery and ham
Overview
Lily is slightly cold and mild in nature. It has the effects of clearing fire, moistening the lungs and calming the nerves. People usually use it to make porridge and soup. In this hot summer, it can be combined with other ingredients to make a stir-fry, which is both beautiful and delicious.
