Tomato Beef Soup

Overview

A favorite dish all year round, high in iron, calcium, and protein, with the sweet and sour tomatoes, and high in vitamins, it’s very delicious!

  1. Cut the tomatoes with a cross cutter, put them in the microwave for one minute, turn them over for another minute, and then remove the skin.

  2. Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Set aside.

  3. Cook the beef, adding as little oil, salt and chili as possible, because you want to taste the sweet and sour tomatoes.

  4. Add tomatoes to the beef and stir-fry without adding salt.

  5. Add water and simmer over low heat for half an hour until the tomatoes are soft and rotten. Still do not add salt.
