  1. Wash the celery, cut into sections, and split the thick parts. Wash the fungus and soak it in hair. Add pepper to eggs, beat with a small spoonful of cooking wine, and shred ginger

  2. Heat a pot, add rapeseed oil, fry the eggs, and set aside

  3. Leave the base oil in the pot and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant

  4. Add celery and stir-fry for one minute
