Scrambled eggs with celery and fungus
Overview
A very healthy quick dish, good for health. Celery, crude fiber, lowers blood pressure. Fungus reduces blood viscosity and cleans out dirt in the body.

Wash the celery, cut into sections, and split the thick parts. Wash the fungus and soak it in hair. Add pepper to eggs, beat with a small spoonful of cooking wine, and shred ginger

Heat a pot, add rapeseed oil, fry the eggs, and set aside

Leave the base oil in the pot and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant

Add celery and stir-fry for one minute

Add the fungus and stir-fry the eggs for 1 minute

Add salt, pepper and stir-fry for two minutes

Take it out of the pan and plate it, it’s delicious!
