Ingredients: cucumber, meat filling, soaked mushrooms, shrimp, chopped green onion.

Chop the green onions into minced pieces, chop the shiitake mushrooms into fine pieces, remove the skins and heads from the shrimps, cut into fine pieces and add pepper to remove the fishy smell.

Add dark soy sauce, cooking wine, steamed bun powder, light soy sauce, salt and cooking oil to the meat filling and mix well.

Add minced green onion and mix well.

Add minced mushrooms and mix well.

Add minced shrimp and mix well.

Add a little sesame oil to enhance the flavor.

Stir the stuffing evenly and set aside.

Cut cucumber into 1 cm thick slices.

Cut the middle part with a knife and take out the flesh.

Fill with mixed meat filling.
