Nondescript hot dry noodles

Overview

It should be hot dry noodles or alkaline noodles, but I just like to eat wide noodles, so I made such nondescript hot dry noodles.

Steps

1. 1 Cook noodles, remove and drain, add sesame oil, mix well, and let dry.

   

2. 2 Wash and dice the mustard, add chili oil, stir-fry evenly, and set aside.

   

3. 3 Put the dried hot noodles into hot water, blanch them, take them out and put them on a plate.

   

4. 4 Add the fried mustard, chopped chives, sesame paste (mixed with sesame oil), soy sauce, and vinegar and mix well.
