There are many kinds of rice dumplings, and so does my Huayuer family! My husband likes sweet things, and my son likes salty and spicy things. My son occasionally comes to eat sweet rice dumplings. I remain neutral, but they are so-called delicacies on the tip of the tongue. . .

Ingredients: edamame, spicy sausage, glutinous rice (washed)

Zong leaves, cotton thread

Peel and wash the edamame beans and set aside.

Place the spicy sausage on a cutting board and cut into small pieces.

Then, add the chopped spicy sausage and washed edamame into the glutinous rice.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Season and mix well.

Then, take two or three overlapping rice dumpling leaves, roll them into a funnel shape, and add the mixed glutinous rice.

Wrap it according to your own technique and tie it with cotton thread.

Then, put it in the rice cooker.

Add water to cover the wrapped rice dumplings.

Close the lid, plug in the power, press the cooking button and cook for 3 hours.

Finally, open the lid and take out the cooked rice dumplings.
