Stewed sauerkraut
Overview
Stewed sauerkraut is also served in restaurants in Northeast China. The method of doing it is roughly the same. It's good to eat occasionally. I don’t like dishes that are too sour. So I cut it and soaked it in water again. It's not so sour anymore when you eat it.
