Matsutake braised rice

Washed rice.

Blanched peas.

Cut carrots into small cubes.

Rinse the fresh matsutake mushrooms, peel off the root skin, and cut into small cubes for later use.

Cut the millet pepper into small cubes.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and sauté the ginger and green onions until fragrant.

Add carrots, peas, diced matsutake mushrooms, and millet pepper.

Stir fry until fragrant.

Adjust appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Stir fry evenly.

Pour in as much boiling water as the rice.

Pour the soup into the rice cooker.

Select white rice and press the cooking button to start. The program ends in approximately 40 minutes.
