Prepare materials;

Rinse the corn with salt water and peel it;

Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce and 1 tablespoon light soy sauce to the meat filling, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes;

Chop the green onion into mince and cut the pepper into small rings;

Heat a little oil in a pot, pour in the meat filling and stir-fry quickly until the meat changes color and becomes crispy and dry;

Pour in the corn kernels and stir-fry for a minute or two;

Pour in 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, add some water, add chili peppers, and cook over high heat until the soup dries up;

Just sprinkle in the chopped green onion at the end.
