Steps
-
First chop the lean meat into minced meat, or you can buy it ready-made.
-
Then add soy sauce, chopped green onion, minced garlic, cornstarch, chicken essence, and shiitake mushrooms to the minced meat to marinate for preparation.
-
Cut the tofu into four or two small triangles.
-
Be careful not to use too much force when opening the tofu with chopsticks! Then stuff with the prepared meat filling.
-
Pour oil into the pan to preheat, then add tofu and slowly fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
-
Pour off the excess oil, add half a bowl of water, add some salt and soy sauce and simmer over medium heat for three minutes.
-
Place the braised tofu on a plate.
-
Put some oil in the pot, sauté the chili sauce, minced garlic, and green onions until fragrant, then pour in three small spoons of cornstarch water to thicken it.
-
Pour the thickened gravy onto the tofu and you're done!
